My son Evan died on sept 7, 2013. He was almost 20. He died in his sleep from SUDEP 4 days after I dropped him off for his sophmore year in college. He had his first grand mal seizure when he was 15 - out of the blue, with no family history or symptoms.... A mere 4.5 years later, he was dead. He was followed at children's hospital, where I never heard of SUDEP, although it is connected to grand mal seizures. We just got thru his second anniversary. I am interested in connecting with other parents.
